Crocheting provides that creative outlet to channel a lot of my fear and worry, and I’ve found that this significantly alleviates even the most debilitating effects of anxiety and it’s so therapeutic.

I’ve realized that crocheting allows ourselves to be creative, we are taking our mind off from whatever has been troubling us. By focusing on the repetitive motions of individual stitches and counting rows, our mind is able to be more relaxed and free from anxious ideas and thoughts. And now I’m having a small business of crochet and so overwhelmed by the Customer responses who like my little art❤️😭❤️
